Our Healthy Town initiative is designed to help residents of the town and surrounding villages to more easily access the services and support they need to live long, healthy lives.
This is being supported by the local GP surgeries, district council, local charities and businesses involved in the provision of healthcare and allied services.

Our inaugural free event at the Town Hall was well attended and many found this an excellent way to access information in one place, and to be able to meet the people who are delivering these services locally.

Our next Healthy Town event is due to take place on Saturday 19 October, at The Pavilion, Recreation Ground, Sir Williams Lane, Aylsham.

There will be:

-
Information on health clinics and GP services
-
First aid demonstrations
-
MIND, Dementia and Children's Services
-
Support for families in need

There is no entry fee, just pop in and see what's on offer. We even have a café with free refreshments available.
